Returns & Refunds

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@enclaveout.shopwith your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. This applies to all products, including ceramics — transit damage is always covered.
Ceramic & fragile items
Because ceramic planters, fountains and glass pieces are fragile, opened ceramic items that are not damaged in transit are not eligible for return, for hygiene and breakage-risk reasons. To be clear: if a fragile item is damaged in transit, it is always covered by a free replacement or refund as described above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a damage claim. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Non-returnable items
- Final-sale and clearance items (clearly marked at purchase).
- Opened, undamaged ceramic and fragile pieces.
- Items returned after the 14-day window or without original packaging.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
